We want you to love your brygg products. That is why we offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be in good condition and in original packaging. To return an item, please contact our support team to receive a return label. For non-defective returns, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Absolutely. All brygg tools come with a 1-year commercial warranty covering any material or manufacturing defects. Additionally, we comply with all provisions of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). We build tools designed to last for years, not disposables.

The Core Pro features an intuitive external top adjustment ring — no need to remove the grounds container. The dial is marked 0 to 14 (lower numbers = finer grind). Recommended settings: Espresso: 1-3. Moka pot: 4-6. Pour-over/V60: 7-10. French press: 11-14. Tip: The zero point (0) is where the burrs fully close. Never force the handle at the zero point to avoid damaging the burrs.

The Flow Scale series is designed with splash protection, easily handling water drops and spills during everyday coffee making. However, they are not fully waterproof — please do not rinse directly under a faucet or submerge in water. If splashed, wipe dry promptly, especially around the USB charging port.

Our tampers and levelers come in two sizes: 58mm (fits most commercial and prosumer machines like La Marzocco, ECM, Rocket, and Breville Barista series) and 53mm (fits Breville/Sage Bambino and similar compact machines). Check your portafilter basket diameter before ordering.
